1st, sink and shower drained water slowly. 2nd,The mini-fridge wasn't cooling well. 3rd there was a really bad smell outside the back entry door [ by the handicap parking ]. But worst. The day I was to check out, the hotel had a planned water outage but, I was never informed about it. I was unable to shower or clean up in anyway before a day of travel and several flights. There was a letter at the front desk telling about the outage on the 5th. Since, I parked my car in a handicap slot nearest my room, I never saw the letter at the front desk. No other signs in the hotel either. Also, i wasn't able contact the front desk for almost 2 hours to ask any questions. NOT a happy visitor. Gary Sheridan Ph # 808 688 6480

The lobby is nice and remolded. The staff were nice and helpful. But the rooms are not the best. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I did leave a message for the manager that the room definitely needed to be cleaned better.

Love Embassy Suites. The rooms were great..similar to other ES hotels. The breakfast area was small and very crowded…more than other ES. The area is nothing special…only stayed there because we went to a late night concert in nearby Jacksonville.
