Overall, my stay was fine. Everything was basically good, but nothing stood out as exceptional, especially given the high price point. The hotel feels a bit dated, particularly the bathrooms and showers, which could really use an update. For the cost, I expected a more modern and polished experience.

Overall a terrific experience right from the very beginning. We arrived a day early and thought we'd try to see if we could get in. Krystal not only work out a vacancy, but made it the same room we had already reserved for the next 4 days. Thus, no having to switch rooms after the first night. We can't say enough good things about the kindness, concern, friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Krystal at the front desk. The location was convenient to the beach, free parking beach public access and restaurants on and off the island. Top marks all around to the Hampton.

We have visited this hotel location many times. Surprisingly, we saw how the service has declined. The beds and shower were clean, but the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. We requested the service for the next day, and they just vacuumed the area, not the hallway or bedroom. We know because the bottom of the towel was brown dirty after using it as a carpet. Cleaning must the floors. It is a disgusting feeling, when you cannot walk barefoot, and the socks were dirty afterwards
