Have stayed here many times. The room we were given again needs repair. I had zero hot showers for 5 days. Floors of room were very dirty. Pillows flat and towels small and scratchy. I’d say this place is due for an update. Staff was great. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at this hotel. Way too expensive for the shape the rooms are in.

The lady was very very helpful and accommodating for my situation at Mayo. The plumbing in the shower needed a little help but it worked fine and I'm sure if I hit mentioned it they would have given me a different room. But everything was good
