Since this seems to be a relatively new hotel everything looked very fresh. Room was great, clean, neat and well designed. Breakfast was best ever for the breakfast bar amenity. Those cinnamon buns are like good pastry-not heavy and bread-y. Location great for our needs and could walk to eateries and Publix. Staff extremely friendly and breakfast crew always on top of making sure dishes filled and most importantly that brilliant pancake maker was working-it seems a bit finicky but makes really decent pancakes. First one I had seen.

Parking was safe. Room was clean. Not much water pressure in the shower. Toilet needs to be flushed at least twice even after a #1. Stayed one night but it was a good experience. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was good. The issue I had in both rooms I was assigned was too much humidity in the air in the rooms. The temperature definitely got cold enough, not saying the room didn't get cold enough but it was like thick & damp & the air needed dehumidifying. I had trouble breathing well so due to this I didn't stay as long as I would've. Instead I went two doors down for the rest of my 2+ week stay. I wondered if I was given less than par rooms because initially I'd booked through expedia. You all lost a lot of business. Not to say I'd never stay again just would leave if at check in the air was thick like that again. The place could use some updating but the staff were all very kind. Oh another thing, maybe when you remodel, don't allow pets in every single room. Many of us have allergies & don't care to stay in rooms where animals are allowed. Designate only certain rooms as pet rooms instead of contaminating all the rooms & carpeting. Oh, did I also mention the staff was good?. They were & I hope you'll acknowledge that. How about an update to those air conditioners or a remodel? That would definitely assure repeat business. By the way, The staff & manager at the Hampton Inn were excellent. The rooms were not damp & the air conditioner functioned appropriately.
