Under staffed

It's a very nice hotel but very understaffed in some areas. Valet parking was backed up when we arrived & no place to pull in. When we called for our car the next day it was a 60 minute wait. So got the key & walked to garage to get it ourselves. The restaurant Tavern has only a couple of wait staff. Took a long time to get a late lunch and evening cocktail.

All staff members were excellent from check in to the wait staff. Our suite on the 19th floor had a beautiful view but the sofa was covered with a sofa cover (outdated) and it smelled like a wet dog. The bed was comfortable

Great views

Beautiful hotel. Checking in was a bit slow as there was only 1 person working the desk, so that made an extremely long line. The room was beautiful, as well as the view of the river. The beds, however were a little worn, and not all that comfortable. One bed caved in towards the middle and was a little too soft. The ladies at the Shore 2 go, as well as the bar were very nice and showed their hospitality.
