This luxury beach house is located less than a mile drive to the beach (0.6 miles), or approximately a 6 block leisurely walk or bike ride.
Our house has been furnished with guest experience and enjoyment in mind.

—Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that includes a full-size dining table which seats six adults. Also, there is an additional 4 seats at the large, sleek kitchen island. Don't feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

LIVING ROOM
— two sofa and two loveseats. Mounted 75-inch smart TV

—downstairs half bathroom

—4 video arcade games, family games, Sleeper sofa, 65- inch smart TV, high top table and 6 bar stools

Beach gear is also provided- beach chairs, blanket, rolling cooler and towels.

-- Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai and leads to the backyard.

—Private bathroom attached to master. with soaker tub and oversized shower.

—King size bed and memory foam mattress, 50" TV & Ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3
—King size bed and memory foam mattress, TV & Ceiling fan

Two twin beds, smart TV, and ceiling fan

BATHROOM
—full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Located conveniently by bedrooms 2, 3, and 4


High speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with Hulu service and Netflix and Amazon Prime access is provided with every TV.


Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, salt/pepper, olive oil and two rolls of paper towels, dish detergent, dish washer pods, sponge. Filtered water and ice from refrigerator. Keurig Coffee machine, k-cups, creamer and sugar.

Laundry Room is equipped with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Also, starter laundry detergent and fabric softener.
