During our stay, I had the pleasure of staying in the luxurious King suite with a stunning oceanfront balcony view. The room was absolutely fantastic, making every moment truly enjoyable. The staff truly made a difference—Gwen and Leo provided exceptional customer service and were incredibly helpful in resolving our internet issues. On October 2nd, the diligent cleaning staff went above and beyond, delivering excellent service and ensuring our comfort. Valet parking was seamless—friendly staff quickly found us a free spot, saving us money. Although the rainy weather prevented us from exploring the sights, our stay was still unforgettable. The pool was cold but invigorating, and our room (702) was cleaned impeccably during our few days of our visit. Overall, this was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had—truly a memorable getaway worth repeating.

This was a 50/ 50 chance of rainy showers for weather conditions , so my stay was pretty wet to start off. My original room type (King) had been moved from ocean view location to partial ocean view and city view area (Double). Oh, well maybe next time I’ll try to arrive there sooner without the thunderstorm weather forecast. It’s whatever you make of it, right? When the rain cleared this place felt amazing!

Beautiful ocean view. The front desk staff and valet were phenomenal. The room were very musky, and smelt like BO the moment we walked in, the air conditioning barely worked keeping it extremely moist and humid in the room itself. We were only there one night, but the bed was ok the pillows had no fluffing there so it was like laying on the bed flat the whole time. But again all of the staff and their services were phenomenal.

I didn’t like the fact that the balcony wasn’t big enough to sit on. The bathroom was horrible! The shower didn’t get very hot and the shower head didn’t have pressure, the sink you would have to keep turning the knobs to get them turned off.
