Excellent value!

Building was newer, beds and pillows were comfy, room appeared clean and bathroom was immaculate. Didn’t hear anything outside our room, so nice snd quiet. A/C was ice cold. USB outlets worked as expected. No bugs. There was a full size fridge, small stove top, small sink and microwave. Value was exceptional. No gym, pool, or breakfast if you care about that, but we did not care during this stay. Complimentary coffee was good. The only negative was that we stayed for 6 nights and expected housekeeping at some point, but there was none the entire stay. By the time we were going to request it, there was only one full day left (2 nights), so we didn’t bother. We did gather our towels and turned them in at the front desk for fresh ones, and asked for more TP, but having a fresher bathroom and sheets would have been desired. We’re tidy people, but there was three of us. There was a slightly off-odor in the room the whole stay, but it was not enough of an issue to ask for a different room. Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel, so that may be a positive or a negative depending on the person. I took allergy meds the entire stay, so had no issues.

When we turned air off, the room literally smelled like a dog. This was a catch 22 because it eliminated the smell, but also flared up my Husband's sinus.... unpleasant!

Dog hair on the blankets, food and trash left on floor from last occupant. DEFINITELY NOT SOUND PROOF. Two washcloths for 3 guests. My first visit i had soap to wash dishes. None this time. Only a small pice of roll of paper towels.. it's overall a nice place to stay because it is relatively new but the cleaning and stocking the room with enough of the normal things severely lack..

This hotel provides good value if you don't want a pool or complimentary breakfast. I like to return to the hotel for my weekend beach trips because it's still in great condition and clean. There's always plenty of parking available even in the evenings.

is it possible to get a refund on the first night, there was an maintenance issue with the plane and I was stranded over night in the airport until the following morning. I did call to inform the hotel of the flight. My stay was absolutely amazing, very clean and friendly.

This is not a luxury property, but it is very clean and quiet. Our bed was excellent, it was easy to control our room temperature and the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator is a bonus. We will stay here again when we need a hotel in Jacksonville.
