This condo is the perfect getaway for families, offering an open floor plan, a kitchen that overlooks the dining space and the living room, and a patio that's ideal for morning coffee at sunrise. The pool is directly behind this condo, about 50 yards away, with a walkway leading to the beach just beyond.






At night, you'll have your choice of a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Location Location Location

Corner unit with pool directly in front of us and the walkway to the beach right there! Super awesome beach access and wide lovely beach with great shells and plenty of room! The actual unit could use a bit of updating but it didn’t bother us much. The couch was not super comfortable and the outside patio furniture was rusting but that salt is a bear. Hard to keep up with it. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

This condo felt so comfy and clean, and the location really cannot be beat. It is steps away from the beach, the pool, and parking. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions and we really had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Cute and Convenient

This property is perfect for a family to spend time together at the beach. The location of the unit is wonderful. The pool is steps out the 1st floor and a 2 min walk to the ocean. It felt like a private beach. The beach spans both directions for a long time making ideal beach walks. It's close enough to downtown to visit while being far enough away to avoid tourist traffic. A grocery store is 3 minutes away and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. I had 3 teenagers with me and 3 adults and we comfortably fit in this unit.

This property is exactly as advertised, and that’s a big deal. Good for watching shorebirds and osprey, and we got a good look at a gopher tortoise crossing the dunes beneath the overlook off the property boardwalk. Close to state parks for more birds and nature. Quiet, clean, and nicely stocked with necessary housekeeping supplies. And the staff let us know they were there to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). Overall excellent.

This property needs an upgrade!!

This unit was small for a two bedroom two bath unit. Both bathrooms were more like a powder room. The following were issues found in this unit. -Outlets in both bathrooms didn't work -The air conditioning in master didn't cool the room. Very warm in that room. -A drawer in the kitchen was not on a drawer slide, when I opened it it almost fell on my foot along with all the contents in the drawer (could have been bad) -Not sure why you put a chest of drawers in the closet. Wasn't enough room to hang clothes. We have stay in other units and come to Amelia Island ever year, and have never been disappointed but would never recommend this until in the state it is in. NEEDS A UPGRADE!!!!

Beach Access Bargain

Decent 2 bedroom condo with easy pool access. Needs upgrades in living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lower level unit noisy with construction going on, traffic, next to room that has carts for luggage. Great views of beach and ocean.

Great stay!

We loved it, but we just wish we knew that there was a pack and play, beach equipment, dishwasher and laundry detergent there already. We also wish that there were some added details about where the grills were, playgrounds in the area, best places to eat, etc. We saw the pamphlet but just wanted a little more info. We had an amazing time though and we appreciated how clean it was!

Long Weekend

Beautiful condo right near the pool and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely go back. Not far from great restaurants. So peaceful! It was stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and items for kids. Only recommendation would be to update pots and pans, they’ve seen better days.

Condo was clean and offered a lot of extra amenities (smart TVs, remote control ceiling fans/lights, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). Perfect location with the pool and beach only steps away, which was great for our family with children!
