Additional upgrades include travertine and hardwood floors, smooth surface ceilings, recessed lighting, silhouette blinds, and Cope Closet System built-ins.

The primary bedroom has an oceanfront balcony entrance and remote blinds so you can watch the sunrise without leaving your bed. This room also has an en suite bath with an oversized garden tub. Three guest bedrooms have balcony access.

The washer/dryer are conveniently located across from the kitchen.

At a minimal cost, your Concierge can also grocery shop for your arrival, have deliveries made, or other various services.

A $1500 refundable security deposit will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
The minimum rental period for this home is 30 days.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
