Staff was very friendly, and room was clean. Area around the facility was average. I did not like having my ID copied during check-in and left in a file rack on the countertop, this could lead to identity theft of many ID's.

After reading reviews of the hotel, I found them a bit average, but then I realized most guests had not experienced Quality Inn, the previous establishment. The new owners have completely remodeled and maintained a very pleasant and affordable hotel my family enjoyed our visit and will absolutely return. A hidden treasure !

The Windsor Inn is a very good property if you're looking for something that is not expensive and with great service. Definitely recommend staying here, if your looking for something more luxury do not book here.
