Getting There
🚘 This home is easily accessible via I-295 and US-17. Paved roads lead directly to the property, and a detailed welcome guide with directions, parking instructions, and check-in information will be emailed 48 hours before your arrival.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
The following additional Fees may apply:
$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
$50–$200 for late check-outs or early arrivals (based on number of hours).

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-A $200 pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
-All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard.
-No cats allowed.
-Unattended pets must be crated.
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees.
