I checked-in and when we get to the room, it was dirty! The desk, the tv stand. Then an hour later I saw and kill two small roaches. I called the front desk, they were going to give me another room, but it was not ready yet.Then 2 hours later there were big roaches coming out of the A/C. I killed 5, some left sticked on the wall. We left the room to another hotel, there were even two roaches near the elevator. This hotel is infested with roaches. I have pictures and videos. Until today, this hotel does not want to reimbursed me for a week reservation, due to supposedly policy on refunds. I want my refund because we were there for only 5 hours! Think twice before coming to this horrible experience.

Overall the hotel is an amazing hotel of staff is very nice. The hotel is clean, but what I would like to tell y’all for people who is booking this hotel is extended stay hotel and the hotel hours are very different and I had to find it out at the last moment so you have to be there pretty early to get checked in because it’s kinda of NO staff that work there.. but it’s laid back kitchen good area clean , really no housekeepers / no trash pick up no Pool ,

For the price, it's a good value. It's an extended stay hotel so it does not have many of the amenities that a hotel has. Such as shampoo, extra towels, coffee, ice. It smelled and appeared clean, however there was chewing gum in toilet, hair on counters and all over the shower walls and when I dried up water on floor, the towel became very dirty. Then again for the price, $87 a night, its okay but need to pack cleaning products and many more other things I don't normally have to pack.
