Welcome to our beautiful ocean-view Condo. With 24/7 security, and a large pool area perfect for families, Jaco Bay offers both comfort and peace of mind. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and in the heart of Jaco, our guests can enjoy easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The Condo is fully equipped with amenities such as A/C, WIFI, and a modern kitchen, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you want to relax, catch the sunset, or explore the area, our Condo is perfect.

The space:

This stunning ocean-view Condo is on the seventh floor of a ten-story building. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodating up to six guests, this fully-equipped home boasts premium amenities such as stainless steel appliances, air-conditioning, smart TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom, A/C unit, a 32' smart TV and ocean views, while the second bedroom has twin beds, A/C unit, a 32' smart TV and ocean views. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Relax on the balcony, take advantage of the laundry room, and enjoy private parking for two cars (2nd parking available upon request). Elevator access adds convenience to this elegant retreat.

Guest access:

The guests will have access to all the unit space: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a laundry area, and a balcony with stunning ocean views. Additionally, they will have access to the public areas of the complex, including a giant free-form swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sun deck & loungers, volleyball court, and children's playground. Let us know if you would like to hire a private chef during your stay or a special dinner or if you need help with transportation or arranging any activities.

Our amazing Condo is located in the vibrant beach town of Jacó. Jacó is famous for its beautiful beaches, exciting nightlife, and thrilling outdoor adventures. Surfing, zip-lining, ATV tours, and hiking in the lush rainforest are just some of the activities that await you. Indulge in local cuisine at the many restaurants, shop for souvenirs, or simply relax and soak up the sun on the sandy shores. Dear guest, we would like to inform you with full transparency that we have a construction on the lot next to our complex. Their working hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Working days may vary. Despite this, we assure you'll love the experience in our modern ocean view condo and we are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
