Other things to note
4-night minimum stay in high season. High Season is from January 6th - April 30th. 7-night minimum stay for Holiday Season. Holiday Season is from December 20th – January 5th.

For groups that consist of couples or families there is no additional guest charge for over 14 people. So, families and groups with couples only put in a maximum of 14 guests and make a note in the inquiry. Max guests allowed is 28 guests for family and couples.

Max single guests allowed is 14 people, if more than 14 people please inquire and an additional guest fee will apply for more than 18 single guests. Management approval is required for more than 14 single guests. Extra guests fee are $50 per person, per night over 14 single guests.

At check-in we require a $1000 fully refundable deposit hold on a credit card.
