Our accomodations, Arricefus, was off the normal shuttle route and required calling for a pickup. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lighting was poor, especially in bathroom. Should be one tv news channel in English

Very overwhelming place , staff are very friendly , but they don’t have enough support for transportation and makes it very inconvenient and stressful The all inclusive option is not worth it to pay due to the options are limited and not worth the price I paid for they don’t even provide water or drinks in your room This hotel I will say is a 3 star hotel, workers are very nice , but the quality of the food, transportation, facilities are not what I was expecting for the height price we paid to stay for 5 days

Un desastre mi estadía en Hotel Punta Leona Costa Rica . He tenido las peores experiencias en cuanto a servicio, el staff y hasta groserías..,desorden, desorganizacion. Sin hablar de los constantes problemas "técnicos" que tienen las habitaciones y el falso sistema "todo" incluido que es más un "incluidas ciertas cosas". El staff, los capitanes y demás no pierden oportunidad de recordarle a sus huéspedes el paquete qué compraron y que les incluye. Solo para hacerlos sentir mal (se puede escuchar a la gente en voz baja avergonzados contestando esas preguntas delante de los demás) Y aun así pretenden que se haga uno socio. Para que? Si así es la cosa pagando un montón. No me imagino siendo socio. Bien dijo un familiar. La mejor decisión que tome... Fue salirme de ese club. Y ahora entiendo por que.

The entire property is dated, lacks lots of maintenance. The beach restaurant in playa Blanca has terrible service. The guard towards reception is a bully.
