When we arrived There was only one person at the front desk handling several guests at the same time. During my check-in, the receptionist was assisting other guests simultaneously, without any apology, and I had to wait for her to return to complete my check-in. The room itself was acceptable. When we asked about a room with a city view, we were told that all rooms have the same view. Seeing women working extremely hard at the construction site and children running among wires and cement made the view uncomfortable, which is why the curtains remained closed throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the bathroom. Even after a very short shower, the entire bathroom would flood because the water did not drain properly. As a result, if another person needed to use the toilet, they had to do so while standing in pooled water. On a positive note, the breakfast and the service during breakfast deserve a rating of 5/5.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast were good. The rooms lack sound proofing and we had a hard time sleeping on 1 of the two nights we stayed here. Also, the gym was basically a checkbox and nothing more.
