It was just one night but quite enjoyable. The foods are delicious and have several variation. The room's space is wide and the staffs are friendly. It also located in a mall so it is easy to find many shops and restaurants :)

Towl and sheet looks not clean

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 times in recent 2 years. The service is still good, but the cleaness was not as clean as before. You can see the towl and bed sheet were marked with spots and I can barely recognize the color of towl was white or grey. I guess the towl was washed but still it looks really disgusting. Considered the price is really cheap and location is just right for me, I did not complain to them directly aobut the cleaness issue. But, if they still do not consider replacing those disgusting towl and bed sheet, I might need to find another option while visiting Jakarta. Staff/manager in Hotel Amaris Season City, I really hope you could find this feedback and improve it.

Terrible hotel close to bug drain

Well arrived there as we booked three adults but staff refused to give us room with extra bed. We had no choice and slept in two single beds. Very confusing room structure long way to find room. Every morning they have Malaysian cheese cooking smell in entire lobby. You can't even stand there. I will not stay there.

Good experience

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my business trip in Jakarta. This hotel is quite simple, no live band in a big lobby, no swimming pool, no driking bars, but it did have a comfortable room with a double bed and this is just what I need. Staff was very friendly, helpful and most of them understand English. I have been stayed in several 4 stars hotels in Jakarta, but I think staffs here are much better. For the facility, you get what you paid. Considered the cheap price, I would say this hotel is quite good.

Basic. No frills.

The hotel spans over one floor of a shopping mall so expect to do a fair bit of walking should u get a room that is on the other end of the mall. Most of its clients are local. Basic room. No frills. No coffee making facilities/hairdryer/iron et al.. though they do have hot n cold water dispensers at various points throughout the area. Hot water shower is disappointing as it does tend to range fr scalding to cold water. U have to watch out for that. The mall is large but mostly sells cheap clothing and dvds. There is a Carrefour and food outlets are many. There is also a 4 cinema cineplex and children's indoor fun park. Inform the doorman at the ground level you are a guest of the hotel otherwise they will not bother with hailing you a cab should you need one. Ok if you happen to be in Jakarta for one night and need a place to crash without hvg to go out looking for food n some light shopping/entertainment. ..
