I felt very welcomed

Spacious room with great view. Unfortunately, the water heater did not work in my room. Breakfast spread was excellent - a good mix of cuisines.

Amazing staff.

The staff made staying at this hotel special. I arrived early to this hotel before I stared my tour to adjust to the time change of 12 hours. The hotel was quite and the beds very comfortable.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years now (5+ years) because it is closed to my parent's' house. I feel it is a good value hotel. Facility, particularly the room is clean, though a bit small. Breakfast has many options, though the food is just okay. In my recent stay in January 2020, I found the towels are a bit dirty (grayish, not white color) and worn out.

Great Value for Money

The hotel is quite new (3 years old). We had a premier room, a room at the front which has a fabulous view. We got used to the traffic noise. Not much to do in the local area. The pool is 'sort of indoors' which we didn't like.

The room is clean and the location wise is pretty nice. There are a plenty options for breakfast. I kind of dissapointed that they are not refill the new itinaries on the next day (as I was staying 2 days there) and there are still the glasses of martinis on the wastafel that I ordered the night before. The staff is friendly and good. Just disapointed in terms of the toilet matter as I mentioned above..

A local 4-star that fits a leisure trip

4-star city local hotel, with strategic location and surroundings, a functional pool, decent amenities and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with daily variety. Not the luxurious kind but very practical.

Late check out bad experience

Very bad experience in hotel due to late check out matter. Was confirmed by receptionist twice and agreed at 2 pm check out but they switch off the electricity at 12 noon. Receptionist keep calling me so many times asking me to cgeck out at 12 noon or they willl charge 25% more. Its ridiculous service although they agreed for late check out. Will never stay here any more.

First visit to Jakarta.

All hot food was only tepid. Left out on buffet uncovered for long hours. Especially in lounge on 22nd floor. Turnover of food in lobby cafe was better, but still food not hot. No instructions initially on need for room key card to operate elevator. Tv unable to toggle to English language. Very polite staff throughout the hotel. Shuttle driver was waiting for me upon arrival at designated area, which was a relief!
