Hotel a 30 min de l'aéroport Hatta sans traffic

Aucun retour de leur part pour les arrangements de navette à l'arrivée avec un vol de nuit. Il n'y avait aucune pression dans la douche juste un mince filet d'eau. Par contre le personnel est accueillant.

One of the main reasons I booked the hotel was that in the description it had free airport shuttle and when I called in advance I was quoted a price and was told that they do not offer a shuttle service. Once I arrived the staff was super friendly and very helpful.

45mins from airport

Hotel isn’t really close to airport as you might think looking at the map. It took more than 45mins and driver used some interesting and very pumpy roads. He did try to get us to our hotel as fast as we can but felt somewhat unsafe. Shuttle going back was only free if you left at certain hours and we ended up paying but was cheap. Hotel and rooms were outdated. Breakfast looked good.

Frequent WiFi drops, each day you have to go to front desk and reactivate your WiFi access. Soiled and dirty room carpet, insects colony in bathroom. You are not allowed to have your girl friend, sister, mother or any female relative to stay with you in the same room. If you are staying with your wife, you are supposed to produce marriage certificate to proof she is your wife.

공항 환승 시 이용할 만한 호텔

사전에 전화로 예약이 필요하긴 했지만 비행기 도착 시간에 맞춰서 개별 픽업이 가능하다는 점이 장점이었다. 밤늦게 공항에 도착했는데 호텔에서 확인 전화도 해 주었다. 호텔 시설은 세계적인 체인 호텔에 미치지 못했지만 신축 호텔이라 깔끔한 편이었다. 지도상에는 공항에서 가까워 보였지만 실제 이동거리가 멀었고 로컬 길이라 속도가 나지 않아서 30분 이상 걸렸다.

Value for money with breakfast. Room ok but bedsheet, towels have spots or not thoroughly washed clean. There's a market called Pasar Baru but not too clean.

Too many problems to ever return

This is the first time I have ever left a review for an Expedia hotel but my experience merits it. The problems started when we landed and were told that the airport shuttle couldn't accommodate our party of 6 and we would have to get a taxi for the 45 minute drive. I wondered how an airport hotel could be so far away, and not have a van for six. We paid extra to leave luggage at the airport and squeezed into the car. The staff was nice but English proficiency was lacking in a big way. That compounded all the problems. Again, a hotel that caters to airport traffic should have English proficiency high on their list. The hotel is in a very run down part of town. It looks okay but their is no AC in the corridors and they leave the front door open so the lobby is humid and full of mosquitos. We had two rooms. The kids room was fine, as it pertained to temperature, but ours was so hot and humid that I couldn't sleep. I ended up downstairs a few times asking for help. They brought me an ancient fan that didn't work. I only slept two hours. The bedding in our room had ink on pillow cases and my kids reported what looked like dried blood on their comforter. When I asked the hotel for a concession, airport shuttle back to the airport the next morning before regular schedule, I was told that would not happen. I would never return to this hotel. If I had paid far less I wouldn't have been so disappointed. What they charge and what they deliver is not aligned.

my room No505 was without hot water of shower (23:00 and 07:10)and air condition noisy. the room is quite samll. the breadfast is not bad. service was good also. for everyone reference.

Not bad at all

We stayed only 1 night for transit. The main city center is bit far, there was lots of traffic so we didn't even feel like to go to the city. Although there is convenience stores right outside of the building so you can get something daily goods. The room was decent size and clean, all the staff are nice and friendly. not bad at all for the price.
