This delightful three bedroom home is full of character and will delight and meet all your holiday needs.

The Space:
Sheltered bush gardens and wrap around decks make this a great location to enjoy outdoor living during your stay. Relax and enjoy the short walk to the beach and Jan Juc shops and a short drive to Torquay and the surf coast Plaza surf outlets.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

Air conditioning did not work

The main problem that we had is the property advertised that it had air conditioning. There were 3 days over 35 degrees and the air conditioning did not work from day one. We sent an email but no one replied and we suffered during the day but especially in the night. There was also many insects in the house.

Easy to fun and a quiet street without close proximity to a great playground and oval area for kids and dogs. House had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Great Location

This house was great. Was in the perfect location, was spacious and tidy. Walking distance to the shops and beach. Only thing I would suggest is that the owners tidy up the garden area as maintenance is lacking here.

Needs maintenance.

The house itself was ok, lots of indoor space, beds comfy, plenty of living space. However, alot of areas need maintenance and better cleaning. Its a nice rustic house but some features are beyond rustic with rust, mould and buildup of cobwebs (some cobwebs are ok). No working exhaust fans in bathrooms. Ceiling fans very dirty and the kitchen backsplash still had food splatter from cooking. The outdoor area is of major concern and completely unusable. Decking is falling apart with nails and boards sticking up, all steps are uneven or wonky with one area having pavers in its place. The back fence even looks like its about to give way in some parts. The garden beds and paved courtyard has been let go for so long that there is a large build up leaves and branches everywhere and hard to determine what is garden and what parts to step on. Definitely not suitable for anyone who has balance issues, like elderly or young children. Its a shame the spa area that looks like it was once there is not being utilised for anything. The front deck could have been utilised if there was some sort or balustrading or something stopping kids and dogs running out. Fantastic location though!

Great place and location needs maintenance.

Central heating didn’t work (signed to inform us) so we rang and got some wood for the fire which was wonderful. Communication with Management of the property was excellent- no coffee supplied, was no toilet paper, spa doesn’t work but made a lovely big bath. Fan and light in master not working. Lovely home in need of maintenance.

Nice big house. Lovely location.

Great spot for the family to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to play and relax, good selection of books. Kitchen had almost everything (minus a scrubbing brush). Very comfortable place, nice paved outdoor area, we will stay again. Right near some walking paths, oval and playground too.
