Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Stayed one night in main lodge. Really didn’t get to check out amenities and overall property, but our room was disappointing. Dated and thin walled. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms. At first I was shocked there was no TV, but soon decided it was a good thing because of lack of soundproofing.
Very nice property and rooms. Dining lounge had terrific food. Terrific place for a quiet getaway as there are no tvs and very limited wifi.
Room includes mini fridge (without freezer) and coffee maker.
Things were great in the cabin, which was a free upgrade upon arrival.
The door was a little sticky so you had to make sure it was closed but otherwise things were great
The most effective form of communication with the reservation desk is definately phone calls emails are not monitored as closely.
Absolutely beautiful. The trails were easy to find and navigate and lead to some stunning views. The staff were very friendly and helpful
It would have been good to know when booking that the restaurant wasn't going to be open one of the days we stayed but overall would go again gladly. Great location and easy access to parks
Our car broke down and the staff here went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. We went for a beautiful walk and decided we will definitely keep coming back to this place!

The staff are lovely, the property and views gorgeous, and it's a true 'Lodge' feel - the crackling fire in the lobby was so enjoyable!
You're dropped right into the mountains. Trails out your front door. Amazing food and drinks. Staff are exceptional. Stephanie (bartender) and Stephanie (manager) are unbelievably good at what they do. Can't recommend enough.
Fantastic hotel with one of the most spectacular views in all of the Canadian Rockies! Restaurant is world class, staff are super friendly and helpful and rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Minutes from Jasper National Park and a relatively short distance to Miette Hot Springs. Highly recommend!
