Tucked into the trees of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Jasper, Georgia, Hillside Manor is suitable for large groups of up to 16 guests. At 5,500 square feet, there's plenty of space to spread out and make memories on your mountain retreat. Shoot pool together, watch movies on big screen TVs, sip local wine by the fireplace, mix drinks at the wet bar, play games at the card table, and soak tired muscles in the bubbly hot tub with massaging jets.

Within the 8,000-acre gated community of Big Canoe, you'll also have access to loads of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Swim at 4 outdoor pools, rent kayaks or paddleboards at the sparkling lakes, dine out at eateries, play 27 holes of golf, beat your friends at tennis, and hike miles of trails. Plus, there are playgrounds, waterfalls, a grocery store, a chapel, reception venues, a post office, and more!

Back at your Big Canoe luxury rental, you'll appreciate walls of windows framing the wooded views with peeks of the mountains (best seen in winter). Custom finishes and upscale touches elevate the living room, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, den, and rec room. Of course, the bedrooms are also inviting, with a mix of 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin bunks, and 1 trundle bed. The main bedroom even has an indoor jetted tub for soothing spa baths anytime!

Beautiful Home

We had 16 ladies here for a birthday celebration and the property was perfect. Plenty of space, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, and close enough to a couple of great wineries (highly recommend Cairn View) and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Cherished Memories Made

We came into town for my daughter’s wedding and decided to rent a big enough house for our immediate family. Hillside Manor was the perfect place! Not only was it on a beautiful piece of property, but the house was beautifully decorated and provided enough space for us to make precious memories that will be forever cherished. Would love to stay there again someday!

100 Summitt Dr Big Canoe

All in all very good. When we arrived we discovered that there was not enough cutlery to cover our group of 16 even though he property listed occupancy up to 16. Initially the manager said they had no one to deliver the additional forks and knives but in the end came through. One of the half baths on the main floor had what appeared to be vomit on the wall. We cleaned it up and carried on. The door that goes out to the garage has about a two inch gap between door and floor allowing a lot of really cold air into the kitchen making it hard to heat. All in all a very positive weekend.

Annual Family Christmas Cabin

We had 16 including a 2 year old, teens, 20's and adults. Room for everyone, beautiful wooded setting in one of my favorite areas of North Georgia. Spacious kitchen for all our cooking and places for everyone to sit for family meals. The 2 year old loved the enclosed sunroom area and was happy to hang out there most of the time with all his toys scattered about but out of the way of everyone else. Teens/tweens took the bunk room and mom with the 2 year old had a fabulous upstairs bedroom with futon so she could keep him away from most of noise when everyone else was playing games and pool in the terrace level. Everyone loved the hot tub & it was just a great time to connect with family, chill and enjoy the beauty around us. Our son paid $20 for a day fishing license at Disharoon lake & caught 4 trout (the limit for a day pass) and we cooked them up for dinner. Fabulous time had by all.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We booked this vrbo for a family reunion that was long overdue and it was the perfect size to accommodate everyone! All the beds are very comfortable and everything was decorated so nicely. Only issues we had were there not being any hand soaps in the bathrooms due to them being empty, low propane on arrival which was fixed the next day, some spider webs in the downstairs bathroom that had not been taken care of and tv connectivity issues. Overall such a nice and relaxing stay!

Great Property

The property is great, it was clean and well-kept. The listing says its for 16 people and we had 4 families with a total of 15 people. Kitchen had everything we needed, great game room and set up with the beds and room. There was not enough toilet paper and when we asked for more, we were told that's all the property will provide, that was a bit of a let down based on how much we had spent on renting the property.

Perfect Home for Christmas Vacay

The home was a good size for our family and very spacious. There were a lot of things to do inside the home. From games to movies to seating to anything a family needed; this property had it! Wedding Weekend!

The home is spectacular and people went out of their way to make booking and check-in easy. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for an outdoor wedding and loved the clear sunny and 70 degree weather in December! The fire pit at night was one of our favorite ways to make memories with our family.

Perfect Getaway

The property is beautiful and everything was set up for us and was according to plan. Kevin the property manager was prompt with his responses and very professional. The home was fully stocked with pots and pans, condiments, and everything we thought we had to bring from home. My guest and I were so pleased with this experience and will definitely be back in the future
