We stayed in the new portion of the hotel, in the alpine suite. We loved it! Everything was brand new, the layout was great with the small kitchen, & it utilized the space very well. It was about a mile walk to town, but had restaurants on site & Starbucks next door. The views were amazing! We didn’t use the pool or spa, as we were gone exploring most of the time. Comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean.

Stayed three nights at this property. We got a room in an adjacent building that was recently renovated and was very nice. The room had everything - refrigerator, microwave, mini-range, toaster and even a dishwasher! They packed in quite a bit of things there. The main property was well appointed and has a swimming pool and hot tub. We found parking quite easily each night. It was a 20-25 minute walk to the main city area where all the restaurants and businesses are. We did that in the evening when the weather was pleasant. Will definitely come back here.

Property was good in general. Pool area, however, was not open for the first two days as they were doing some repairs - it would have been good to send an advance notice about this to the guests via email. We were looking forward to use the Jacuzzi after the daily hiking but could not do it.

Love the Hotel

The Best Hotel in Jasper. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was spotless, very clean. Linens and Mattress were comfortable. They clean your room everyday. Very chic and stylish hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights for in the past spring. The hotel is nice and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. It's located on the edge of town but it is a short walk to get into the main part of town where you will find more dining options.

It is the best hotel when we stayed in the national park! The room is so new and nice. Price is very reasonable for the high season. The food in the restaurant is amazing! We will definitely come back!
