Upon entering the hotel, there was a strong chlorine odor due to the swimming pool was in the open area inside the hotel. Some rooms were directly facing the pool on one side and hallway on the other side, so opening the window would be undesirable. Make sure to book the room facing the exterior. It is the furthest hotel at the edge of town, but still walkable.

Nice clean place. Needs updating. Walls are thin

Jasper is expensive and this hotel I feel was overpriced. Hot tub closed at 9:00 which was a bummer after exploring all day.

The hotel had a rustic feel. There is plenty of parking. The inside lobby has a nice lodge vibe. There is an indoor pool, although we did not use it. The room was a good size. The shower was not as easy if you are taller. Free WiFi and normal hotel amenities. It was comfortable. They have fire pits around the hotel to sit and warm up. It’s at the far edge of Jasper town so you can walk, but it’s a bit of a hike, Make sure it’s not a rainy day because the walk will seem much longer . Great Mountain views.

Our room in the new wing was lovely. After that it was downhill - breakfast was really poor as was dinner. Breakfast service was rude, dinner service was adequate. The hotel is extremely expensive for what it is.

Room looks clean, but the bed and washroom looks a bit old. I have seen some unwashable stains on the cover sheet. We have been waked up around 10:30 at night, because one of the staffs thought we have requested something... And waked up again at 6:00 am by the alarm clock when I was planning to wake up at 7 am. I don't know who set the alarm up for us, maybe the previous guests or the hotel? LoL...... Overall, this hotel is ok for one night stay.
