This hotel was pretty average. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub even though the pool was pretty small. It was nice that it was open til 1030 pm. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn’t make it down for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the room. Overall a good stay and would stay again if in the area.

Staff friendly. Air conditioner could not keep room cool and stayed very humid. Hotel is outdated. Nice to have a pool and hot tub, but the pool is extremely small with a tiny shallow end. Only had towels in pool area one out of three days. No maid service for stays less than a week. Can get towels at the front desk though.

This hotel had higher customer reviews than other hotels in the areas but it was clear that the hotel was old and had amenties to qualify as a 3 star hotel but just barely. The lobby, bar, and breakfast area are quite small. The breakfast area is very difficult to navigate and easily overcrowded with just a few families. The pool and spa are also very small. The room itself had older furniture and the air conditioning was quite loud and it cycled on and off all night since no always on fan mode was available. Last but not least, the hotel is in the back of an industrial lot and there was a memorial in the parking lot for an apparent murder. Patrons beware.

Breakfast was very plain. Found shirts in our room and hairs in the bathroom so not cleaned well. Sink area was quite stained. Most lightbulbs were either out or barely working. Staff were nice and beds seemed nice.

Building was old and run down. Rooms could use updates. Iron and ironing board were screwed in behind luggage rack, couldn’t even be used. Fire alarm was set off in one room by microwave popcorn and manager came upstairs yelling at guest to use the exhaust fan when it did not even function. Guess that’s what you get for $80
