The carpet in the room looked dirty and it looked liked it needed replacement. The restaurant service and food were very good. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. It was located near many restaurants and shops. We stayed here after taking a 3 day rocky mountaineer train trip from Vancouver. We would stay here again.

$550.00 a night in fall the room that is very small and dated and a queen bed. The bathroom is small with no counter space. We had no space to move around in the room. It’s fine for a sleep but nothing more. All the amenities such as a safe, kettle, fridge and microwave were there. Don’t expect a free bottle of water. Restaurants are walkable. Due to space in the room we would not stay again.

Great location, quiet, and has everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub was big and clean and a great way to end the days. The on-site restaurant (Terra) is also really good.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to downtown shopping and additional restaurants. On-site restaurant, Terra, was very delicious and convenient hours. Parking limited, but plenty of free parking between 9pm-9am on the street. Staff very friendly.
