Wonderful hotel in the heart of Jasper, clean spacious room, and close to everything. The rooftop hot tubs were fantastic! Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Classic Jasper Environment

Super clean and comfortable. Friendly Staff. A little noisy on the top floor with the hot tub foot traffic. Sounded like elephants walking across the floor. It quieted down around 9pm.

Mtn Collective ski trip 2025

Rooms were very clean, loved the hot tubs and friendly staff. We were put into a small room for 4 people, but we understood it is an older hotel. We got a good rate for Jasper. A sign when we arrived that we couldn’t use slow cookers, toasters, kettles in our room was a surprise, but was told we should have checked before booking. Lesson learned!

The Whistler Inn has a fantastic location. It’s close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which adds a nice personal touch to the stay. However, the inn itself feels quite dated and is in serious need of renovation. The rooms, decor, and facilities could use a modern upgrade to match the charm of its surroundings. With some refreshing, this place has great potential. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the staff and location, but hoping to see some updates in the future!
