'La casa con sol besó ramaje” (House with the sun kissed branches) is situated in the tranquil Costa Nova district of Jávea; It is a 5 minutes stroll to restaurants and within 8 minutes drive to Jávea town, beaches, restaurants and bars.

The villa has a 10x5M private swimming pool, outside pool shower, well-established gated private gardens and secure parking. This family villa is decorated to capture the Spanish ambiance and comprises of a sitting room, open plan dining room and glazed Naya with a further relaxing area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and dish washer. Washing machine and tumble-dryer are located in a separate utility room. There are 3 bedrooms - Principal king double with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, and family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the whole villa has central heating making it an ideal winter let. Casa Ramaje is equipped as our second home and is perfect for families with children. We include lots of children's equipment, cot, highchairs, changemat, toddler crockery and cutlery, beakers, box of toys and DVDs.

The large south facing sun patio boasts a traditional Spanish BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terrace area are completely private and not overlooked making this the perfect holiday destination for families or honeymoon couples. The pool has large roman steps to get in and out making access easy, the villa is all on one level and the garden is flat and even.

This villa is equipped with a Smart TV with a UK cable package. We have 24+ English channels including BBC, Sports and movies, Some German, French, and Spanish channels. WIFI fast speed internet with no download limit is also included.

Costa Blanca is a haven for golfers. Close to the villa are several golf courses.

In addition to the fabulous beaches, scenery, bars and restaurants in Javea itself. There are also lots of places to see and visit within an hours drive from the villa. For families with children or those just young at heart you can visit Aqualandia (Themed water park with slides and flumes etc), Mundomar (A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia), Terra Mitica (Themed roller-coaster and amusement park) and Terra Natura (Zoo with elephants, tigers and lions etc). If you prefer quieter activites why not visit the Jalon Valley (Beautiful scenery, villages, wine making region), Algar waterfalls (fantastic for picnics and swimming), Gudalest (Medieval mountain village and castle), Cactuslandia (lovely gardens full of all varieties of cactus), or the famous Caves of Canelobre.

Bonne pioche

Bonne pioche pour les vacances ! Propriété confortable, trÚs bien entretenue, aussi bien cÎté jardin que habitation. Alentours trÚs calmes, WIFI performant, parking ombragé. Les climatisations sont efficaces et silencieuses dans les chambres, dommage que le séjour ne soit pas climatisé. Bon séjour garanti à casa Ramaje !

Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances Ă  Villa Ramaje. La villa correspondait Ă  la description. ArrivĂ©e et dĂ©part trĂšs facile avec systĂšme de boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s sĂ©curisĂ©. Endroit calme Ă  une quinzaine de minutes de la mer/centre et tout proche des criques. Points positifs: Cuisine spacieuse et bien fournie Airco dans les chambres Plusieurs espaces/terrasses pour manger Belle et grande piscine ensoleillĂ©e du matin au soir (l'eau est donc a trĂšs bonne tempĂ©rature) Peu de moustiques Citronnier, oranger, grenadier Stores aux fenĂȘtres pour l'ombre Emplacement voiture Ă  l'ombre Points nĂ©gatifs: A notre arrivĂ©e, la piscine n'Ă©tait pas nettoyĂ©e, mais le pisciniste est passĂ© trĂšs vite pour rĂšgler le problĂšme Le micro-onde mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ© (fonctionne mais est rouillĂ©) Certaines casseroles Ă©taient sales (mais cela dĂ©pend bien Ă©videmment des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents) L'espace salon est relativement restreint, mais en Ă©tĂ© on l'utilise trĂšs peu Pas de tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre pricinpale (alors que cela Ă©tait spĂ©cifiĂ© dans les remarques de l'annonce) Je recommande vivement cette villa et remercie tout le staff pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilitĂ©.

We spent 3 fantastic weeks in the casa Ramaje. The villa is well equipped and the area is very calm: all our criterias for successful holidays were met! The garden and the pool area are fantastic. Excellent holiday villa

Excellent holiday villa, it is as per the photos, very welll looked after and well equipped. It is close to JĂĄvea beach and has a number of good restaurants in walking distance. A small welcome pack was provided which is a lovely touch and there is a comprehensive welcome guide to the villa which is very useful. Overall would happily return and all the 5 star reviews are correct.

Amazing holiday

We needed a break and our trip provided just that. The house , in a great location , provided everything we could possibly need. We loved spending time in the garden and the pool which despite being unheated had a temperature of 22degree in April. Communications with the owner as well as the caretaker were brilliant - even checking we were OK when Spain experienced a 12 hour power cut. Thank you so much Nicky for getting everything so well prepared for us - our kids were relieved to find some essential supplies in the fridge upon arrival. Till next time :)

Beautifull stay on excellent location

It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. There is a good welcome book with a lot of information.

Beautiful Villa

This property is superb in every aspect from being spotlessly clean everywhere to having every bit of kit you could want. There is information everywhere on how to use stuff to where to eat out. This is definitely a villa we would not hesitate to come back to, having been to Javea for twenty years this villa is in out top 2.

Pleasant Villa in a quiet neighborhood

We had a good and relaxing time at Villa Ramaje. Very nice and well furnished house with a large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Cozy living room with a TV with many international channels. Good to know that the fireplace mentioned in the house description and shown in the photos cannot be operated with firewood. We suggest mentioning this circumstance in the house description to avoid misunderstandings with future guests. Pleasant and practical sheltered outdoor area, which we have actively used in this windy transitional period (April). Lovely well-kept garden with a clean swimming pool. Particularly worth mentioning is the BBQ in the garden area. It is very practical to use and a real highlight for BBQ lovers like us! The villa is in a very quiet and pleasant area. Shopping, restaurants and Javea with the beaches are just minutes away from the villa. Nicky, the manager of the property, is a lovely and very helpful lady who keeps the house in good shape. All in all, we had a very relaxing and nice holiday. Thank You!
