Beautiful, spacious 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms villa distributed in 2 independent levels of which only the lower one is for rent in this advert.

You will enjoy the lovely views on "Montgo" mountain, the valley and its surroundings while staying in a quite residencial area.

The house grounds are beautifully landscaped and the private 10X5 pool is surrounded by an outdoor kitchen area with a gas BBQ. The pool deck includes lounge chairs in the sun and shaded areas to enjoy a meal or a nap.

The house, located a short 10 minutes drive to gorgeous beaches is also very close to all the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Javea, as well as outdoor sport activities, sightseeing, local culture and traditions.
This will make this house the perfect place to spend your holidays with your family and friends.

It consists of 2 fully independent levels of which only the lower one is for rent in this advert and the owners might be staying in the upper level, but if so, will fully respect your privacy. Súper nice stay in Javea!

We had a wonderful time in Didiers house. Great pool and very convenient house with all amenities and well furnished. Location is super calm and only 10-15 car ride from Javea and the beach. I totally recommend if travelling with kids and want to stay in a calm place !

Great value villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Very quiet neighbourhood so it was peaceful. The pool area was lovely and welcome on the hot days. As was the air-conditioning in each bedroom.The villa has all the necessities you need, including things to cook with and has been well lived in.Didier was a brilliant host and very communicative for our whole stay. Great villa!

We have just come back from a wonderful stay here. The owner, Didier, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Keen to ensure we had a great stay. The villa is equipped with everything you could need and feels very safe and secure. We rented both parts of the villa. The bottom villa is modern and the top villa has a more Spanish feel - but its a good climb up a lot of stairs! I would be happy to stay here again.

Totally fabulous villa

There were so many great points to this stunning villa. It's in a very classy residential area. It's very well equipped including the kitchen, with useful items such as dried herbs, good prep knives. First time I've used an induction hob - as good as my gas one. The owner was really helpful. Got to park my car off road and undercover - nice to get into it on the hot days. Really easy to get to Playa de Arenal. Lasting impression is the large and lovely pool.

Amazing quiet neighborhood!

We have spent our winter hollyday in a lovely house situated in the most quiet and civilized place on earth😀. I don’t know if in summer it’s the same but the 2 weeks we spent from december to january were very relaxing. Also, the villa has everything you can possibly want, a lovely pool, barbecue, a kitchen very well equiped! Didier, the owner was very kind and helped us with every information that we needed. Also, very tochy and helpful was the gifts we recived in a bucket with wine, food, water and snaks that we realy enjoyed like we didn’t had the time to buy things in our first day so thank you for everything Didier!

Comfortable, well equipped and surrounded by tranquility

My partner and I rented the property for a weekend away from the hustle and we cannot wait to go back. The house itself is spacious and with many different areas to enjoy depending on what you need: a barbecue outside, sun by the pool, some peace and quiet in the shade... We had the entire ground floor for ourselves as well as the pool area and garden where there is total privacy from the neighbouring houses. Everything inside is brand new. The kitchen has everything you need and is very well kept. The location is excellent as there is no noise (that is what we were looking for), no traffic and the views are wonderful. The closest supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. Stock up with goodies and enjoy the silence!

We loved it!!!

The residence felt like our second home! Clarisa was very kind, provided the key on arrival and gave us a quick showaround. A very nice welcoming basket was there. It is so nice to have some food and drinks available after traveling. In the kitchen, everything you need is there! And if you have questions or a small problem, Didier is very kind and helpful! The area is nice and quiet, with a BIG private pool. 2m+ in the deep area, so bombs away!! The upper part of the villa is only available if you are with 5+ people, no splitting it up with other/unknown guests.(i think) We had the whole place to our selfs, the upper part was locked/not needed. 1hr drive Alicante airport, 1hr 20min drive Valencia airport.

Superb place to stay

We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing late break here in Javea. The villa is set in an incredibly peaceful area with views across to the mountain and to the nearby wooded hills. It was silent at night and we slept so well on the really comfortable bed. The villa is really well equipped and the welcome pack was amazing with much appreciated wine and chocolates as well as the basics to get us started, The pool area was lovely with the afternoon sun on the comfortable sunloungers surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and the pool was a real swimmers pool not just for a dip to cool off. We really enjoyed sitting either at the table or on the comfy suite on the balcony area just relaxing. It is only a short drive down to either the port area or the Arenal where there are plenty of good restaurants all overlooking the sea. Ideal for watching the sun go down. We also enjoyed going to Cala de la Granadella where the sea was crystal clear and calm to swim in. Didia is the best host we have ever come across. Although we didnt meet him we knew that we could contact him anytime and he checked to make sure that everything was ok for us before, during and after our stay and that we were enjoying our time at the villa. Our only regret was that we had not booked to stay longer.

Just the perfect holiday!

From booking our holiday, to Didier giving us the option of a later check out time, our holiday at this beautiful villa was everything we had hoped for. Didier’s communication throughout has been so helpful, considerate and courteous. He is always ready to help with the smallest of queries, never fazed, the very kindest of hosts. Clarissa his local lady who ‘does’ is a delight. The villa is absolutely spotless, gorgeously fresh smelling and just like a ‘home from home’. Everything is so comfortable and well kept with the air conditioning in both bedrooms such a bonus during the hot, sticky nights, as were the mosquito/fly screens on all the windows and the very welcome mosquito repellent plugs/deterrents in each room - so very thoughtful. In fact the whole villa was thoughtfully stocked when we arrived with household essentials that everyone needs, plus the usual tea, coffee, sugar, beer and wine… everything you could possibly need to get your holiday off to the best start. Ideally situated, just a short drive to the lovely towns of Javea or Denia, you’re spoilt for choice for a day out, or slightly further away the gorgeous Moraira. But why go out when you have such an amazing pool to ‘mermaid’ in and so many ‘sun trap terraces’ to snooze on😊 Thank you so much Didier for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will most definitely be back x

Un super séjour à découvrir Javea. La villa est bien située avec tout à côté : plage, restaurants, activités. Elle est totalement équipée, rien ne manque. Une piscine très agréable et un paysage à couper le souffle autour de nous.Le propriétaire est très réactif, toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique. Dès que nous avions besoin il était là. Excellentes vacances!

Nous avons loué la partie basse de la villa pendant 2,5 semaines. Un mobilier de terrasse neuf, une cuisine toute équipée, une grande salle de bains et deux grandes chambres. Nous avons adoré nos vacances ici à Javea. La ville est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Elle est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est parfaite. Nous en avons profité tous les jours et elle est nettoyée deux fois par semaine par un professionnel. Le propriétaire est très gentil et se préoccupe de savoir si nous passons de bonnes vacances. On peut le solliciter si besoin, ce qui est rassurant. Les environs sont magnifiques, depuis la villa on a un accès rapide à la ville et aux criques et plages. Nous donnons la note de 5/5 pour cette location.

¡Magnifica estancia!

Hemos pasado unos días muy relajantes. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido estupenda. A destacar la tranquilidad y la privacidad de la casa. Una estancia muy agradable con todo lo necesario.

Dejligt hus og fantastisk vært

Dejligt hus med alt man behøver for at få en god ferie. Vores flytider passede ikke med ind- og ud checkning, men Didier sørgede for at vi både kunne ankomme før og få lov at blive senere på afrejsedagen. Det gjorde specielt rejsen hjem meget mere afslappet. Roligt område med masser af muligheder i kort køreafstand. Kan helt klart anbefales 😊

Erholung pur

Die Villa ist sauber und gepflegt. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und der fantastische Pool bieten alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es gibt jede Menge Pool- und Strandequipment. Die Küche ist klein aber technisch gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch die Aussenküche mit dem Gasgrill, die wir gerne genutzt haben. WLan ist vorhanden allerdings nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Hier gäbe es noch Optimierungspotential. Check-in und Check-out liefen sehr entspannt dank der netten Kommunikation mit Didier per Whatsapp. Mit dem Auto, welches unbedingt erforderlich ist, ist man schnell am Strand. Es gibt gute Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Und die Natur, die die Villa umgibt sorgt für einen spektakulären Ausblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nos ha encantado la estancia y la casa. Tiene todos los detalles y Didier nos ha atendido fenomenal. Ha sido un fin de semana precioso y la casa es un 10. Súper recomendable
