Only 1st floor is for rent. Beautiful, cosy villa "Batavia". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 300 m from the sea. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Porticholl" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km, diving center 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
