Superbly furnished ground floor apartment within the Xabiamar complex which is a short 4 minute walk from the Arenal
The property has a spacious lounge/dining room which has electric blinds, 2 large sofas, 1 being a double sofa bed, Large plasma wall mounted TV's in lounge and in all 3 bedrooms, all with UK Channels, The large outside dining area which has views of the Montgo and includes a large table with 8 chairs plus a two seater sofa and 2 chairs with coffee table.
Kitchen has a seperate (outside) utility room complete with washing machine, portable clothes drier, outside sink and hot water cylinder.
The kitchen itself has all the facilities you would expect to find in your home kitchen
This is an immaculate property with everything purchased recently. Hot and cold A/C in all rooms. Underground secure parking. Sun beds are provided for all guests.

Included in your stay is all bath and bed linen

If you are a large party you maybe interested in another property we rent in the complex next to this one, we could accommodate a total of 16 persons, please ask for further details if you require.
The apartment rates are based on a total of 6 persons however it can sleep a maximum of 8 and if you wish to use the sofa bed an additional charge of £90 will be applied per week

The property is well situated for the Arenal beach amenities and also Port is only about a 15 minute walk and in the summer months you can enjoy the beach bars on the way
