Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Bumpy, narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
