Outside areas lovely

What we loved about this property was the pool and the numerous outside areas to sit and read, chat, eat and play card games. This was a real plus on the property. The inside decor is a bit dark and dated, but this isn't unusual for the area and was fine. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable and we would recommend Interhome review this with the owners. Also the house retains the heat at night and it was hot in the bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay and liked the place.

Achterstallig onderhoud , meubels uit jaren 0 , vielen bijna uit elkaar- overal kleedjes over de banken , de kamers zijn donker en hebben echt een verfje nodig, gordijnen moeten ook nodig gewassen worden .. dus sterk verwaarloosd maar verder functioneerde alles naar behoren. Keuken apparatuur was aanwezig en compleet servies pannen en bestek.In september werden we wel lek geprikt door de muggen en allerlei kleine vliegjes … klamboe aanwezig maar ontbreken er haken in de kamers om ze op te hangen, dus daar hadden we niets aan. Geen airco … wel oude stoffige ventilators . De tuin en haar omgeving maakte alles goed wat binnen aanwezig was … het grote zwembad, de rust en privacy heb ik erg genoten. Binnen hangen er teveel oude lelijke schilderijen waar je tegen aan moet kijken dus heb ik die als eerste weggestopt in de kasten. Wel handig foto’s te maken vooraf om ze later terug te hangen Ben echter wel verliefd geworden op dit huis maar voor die prijs die je betaald kunnen ze best binnen het huis opknappen , verf bladderd op vele plekken af en de schimmel komt al lichtjes door het plafond . Jammer om zo’n huis zo te verwaarlozen.

Belles vacances paisibles

Grande villa pratique avec ses 3 salles d'eau. L'extérieur est magnifique et bien entretenu. La situation est très calme (même si nous n'avons pas été à l'abris de vacanciers mettant la musique pour tout le quartier en pleine nuit). Tout fonctionne dans la cuisine. Seul bémol : pas d'air conditionné donc il fait plus de 30 degrés dans les chambres, c'est très dur la nuit.

Descuidado y sucio

La casa, el jardín y la piscina están muy bien, es una lástima que esté tan descuidado y con tan poca limpieza. Telarañas, polvo, suciedad y lo peor de todo, muchas ratas ( lo de la plaga de mosquitos, entiendo que no es culpa vuestra ). El jardin seco y avandonado.No hay aire acondicionado, pero por la noche refresca y hay tres ventiladores, aunque no los he visto tan sucios en mi vida. Tampoco nos pareció bien que el hombre que limpia la piscina, abriera con su llave dos días sin llamar.

Extérieur superbe

Une maison vieillissante mais avec beaucoup de charme. L'extérieur est absolument superbe et l'environnement est très calme. Une ombre au tableau : la piscine dont beaucoup de carreaux sont détachés, de la mousse verte dans les joints, une pompe asthmatique qui peine à garder une eau claire par forte chaleur, malgré la venue du piscinier deux fois par semaine... Enfin une mention spéciale aux équipes d'Interhome Javea pour leur professionnalisme et leur réactivité.
