Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking, single garage. Shop 700 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 900 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava" 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
