Set on the south side of the cliffs overlooking the cool Mediterranean sea, Villa Rosh is a tranquil getaway with ample room for 2 large families or one large group. A modern 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property that boasts the most spectacular views that Javea has to offer. This villa is set out on two floors with the main entrance on the ground floor level. The entrance leads you into the property via the hallway and the main lounge, immediately the fantastic views out to sea are breathtaking and the high specification interior design and dĂ©cor gives a chic modern feel. Off the main lounge then you have the dining area seating 6 and then leading to the fantastically well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedroom on this level, the designer Master bedroom with king size bed with amazing vistaÂŽs from the 180 degree curved gable full length windows. The master bedroom also benefits from a large modern en-suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms are a king size and a twin sharing the large family bathroom. Leading from the living room up the stairs you enter the TV âsnugâ with bean bags and comfortable furnishings for a night in front of a movie. Enjoy the breath-taking sunrises from the terrace next to the living room while drinking a glass of something cold and refreshing or just enjoying the sea breeze. The villa has 2 flat-screen Smart TVs with Spanish / French / and UK satellite channels available. Now with hi speed 100mb internet and Wi-Fi.
A superb terrace on the lower floor has comfortable lounge seating and dining for 6. This lower floor also benefits from 3 bedrooms a king size with en-suite and sea views, a further double bedroom and twin are also available for guests to enjoy. A large open plan living room with kitchen and dining for 6 completes the interior plan. From the lower level is an exterior staircase leading to the amazing infinity pool and cold water jacuzzi. The brick BBQ area features a gas and charcoal BBQ option under a large covered terrace adjacent to the pool area.Â
The driveway with secure gates can accommodate 1 car and the night lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for lazy hot nights by the pool.Â
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of âŹ30.00 per night.Â
The jacuzzi can also be heated in the winter months only at an extra charge of âŹ20.00 per night.
The whole villa has air-conditioning throughout.
This villa is strictly no smoking with well behaved pets considered.
Linen and bath / hand towels provided free of charge.
Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request at extra charge when booked in advance.
Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of JesĂșs Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
JĂĄvea golf club, between Moraira and JĂĄvea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore:
JĂĄvea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jåvea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra MĂtica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
JĂĄvea Town: JĂĄvea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed JĂĄvea to be âenvironmentally near perfectâ and you can bask in the Costa Blancaâs brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
JĂĄvea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the townâs fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the âMiradorsâ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on JĂĄveaâs postcards.
