Nettles Island is an Ocean to River five-star resort community. Located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. Awesome beach house

Everything about our rental was wonderful! The home is spacious and extremely well taken care of. It is located within walking distance to the resorts beach and 2 pools. Vivia, the host, was very welcoming and communicative. We will definitely book this property in the future!

Nestled in Nettles

Great location for pool and beach and a quiet street. Rented the golf cart that was available from the owner. Suggest that is a “to do”. The home was clean and not cluttered with things. Ample towels and home supplies. We missed a table light in the twin room to read at night 
a dollar store solution was had. Would highly recommend staying here.

You have everything you need and more!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very spacious and clean. Has everything you need, even for the beach. We loved the golf cart the owner let us use. Nettles Island has so many fun things to do...pools, tennis, pool table, ping pong, and lots of other amenities on site. The owner would check in with us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. We would love to come back to stay here again! Thank you

Great place!

This property was truly perfect. It was clean, comfortable, homey and had all the amenities you could need. Great location close to rec center. Golf cart was great add-on. I’ve rented a few properties and this is certainly one of the nicest ones I’ve stayed in. Hostess was so helpful and available for any questions . Thank you vivian!

More than we expected!!

The property was clean, had everything we needed and more. This home was perfect for a family of 3 and comfortable with a large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!! The location was perfect for a teenager!! We played until 10pm every night from putt putt, horseshoes, Ping-Pong, tennis, to a wonderful pool and a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here. Plus, the owner was wonderful to deal with and corresponded quickly!!

Beach Ready and Family Friendly

This property is immaculately maintained, recently renovated and Vivian provides everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, and cooler. Located on Nettles Island which has all kinds of activities for the family which include pickleball, tennis, basketball, 2 pools and beach access. A new golf cart comes with the rental. Perfect for a relaxing or an active vacation, or both.
