This air-conditioned apartment includes a spacious master ensuite with a king bed and walk-in closet. The guest suite has a full bath, queen bed and walk-in closet. IF you are not enjoying the fresh sea air from the balcony, you and your family can enjoy spending time together in the spacious, furnished living room with large flat screen TV and minibar with beverage cooler. Also included are bed linens, bath and beach towels, utensils, cookware, tableware, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV’s in each bedroom and wifi.


Amenities include private access to the beach, pool area with two pools and plenty of lounge chairs. There is also shaded seating under the cabana, a large hot tub, bbqs, immaculate gym with sauna, billiard room, tennis courts, car-shower, ample parking, and 24-hour security. a beachfront restaurant is a 10-minute walk down the beach and many other restaurants and shopping are located nearby.
No pets or smoking. 3 month minimum.

January-April, monthly rate is $6500
May-July, monthly rate is $5000, or
August-December, monthly rate is $3800.
