Spacious Beach House in Nettles Island Hutchinson Beach

Spacious and very clean two story 3/3 home with open floor plan located in a cozy community in the heart of Hutchinson Island. Walk in to a beautifully decorated living room, which offers a comfy full size memory foam sofa bed and 55' Smart TV. A full bathroom on the first floor and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space and bonus seating on the kitchen counter. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms two bathrooms. The large primary bedroom includes a queen bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and private balcony. Second bedroom includes two bunk beds and comfortably accommodates 4 children. Third bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV and desk with monitors.

Nettles Island offers a private beach and pool for guests of the community. Many activities offered within the community such as pickle ball, basketball, mini golf, shuffle board, racquetball, tennis and ping pong. Within the community there is also marina with boat ramp, grocery store, restaurant, and beach cafe. No golf cart is provided however, golf cart rental available for convenient access to the island and 24 hour security. Ask for details.

Great location with wonderful beach nearby

The property was perfect for us, we had the option of 2 heated pools and a great beach nearby. Nettles island offers so much with minigolf, shuffle board, pickleball and included in the rental. The check-in process could be improved. We didn't have the code for accessing the key and there was no guidance on where anything was at or what we could use. The rental included a golf cart and didn't know where the key or how to charge it. A checkin booklet would be useful to know where everything is. Some appliances could be updated, the vacume was not very powerful and more utensils would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a wonderful time and we felt safe, clean and worked out perfect for us. Thanks again!

House was very clean. Community rules posted on the fridge and more than one. Very helpful. Enough room to fit my family comfortably. No complaints about bedding. The only negative is the parking issue. No fault of the owners. The community should provide more visitor space especially for as many residents in the community.

Home was very clean and spacious with all necessary provisions. LR couch was mildly uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time there. Great amenities. Wish there was outside space for entertaining. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great location and home!

This is our third rental on nettles island and we have found our future always rental. 3 bedrooms with three baths. Tons of room to hang out. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Owner communicated great even on busy thanksgiving holiday. Check in. Lots of towels for beach.

Great stay, great host at Nettles Island

The property was great! Very clean, spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. We had half a week with just our family of 4 and then we had friends stay with us for the other half. 4 adults and 4 kids were happy and perfectly comfortable. Our host, Ruben, was super nice and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and host if you’re looking for a great stay on Nettles Island!

Great home on Nettles Island

Been renting on Nettles Island for over a decade. Easily one of the nicest places we have stayed. Also one of the easier owners to work with. Place is a good value/price for the size and condition of the home. Bedrooms are great. 3 full baths that are all nice. Kitchen is functional/basic. Nice open living space on main floor. Would stay again and hope to next year!

Made our vacation perfect!

This property was exactly as listed and more! Super spacious for our family of 5 with tons of activities and amenities to make our stay spectacular! The host was incredibly responsive from the time of booking all the way through our stay. It made it a worry free vacation. Only down side was the incredibly strict rules at the nettles pools. It was a bummer to not have toys or be able to have small kids jump off the sides. The pool attendants reprimanded us for what seemed like normal pool behavior. Our stay was fantastic

The place was very nice. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have access to 2 large heated pools and the ocean. With all of the games available to play, you never have time to be bored. Our host, Ruben, was very helpful and responsive. He even replaced the microwave immediately when we asked about it. Thank you for letting us stay in your place for 3 weeks as it was wonderful.

Jensen Beach

The microwave broke the first evening and host said we could replace or he would have one delivered the next day. Never came. Towels had bleach spots and were very thin and should be replaced. The used bars of soap in the bathroom cabinet were unhygienic. The host controlled the air conditioner. One day it registered 84 degrees. I have stayed at many, many properties all over the world.
