Bathrooms very small, no counter space or towel holder! EVERYTHING teetered on the sink or fell off on the floor or into the toilet! Very poor planning! Need more places outside to sit! The site is very windy and there’s no place to sit! Lastly, I would’ve expected to have a balcony for the price we paid for 8 days!

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the close beach location, plenty of parking. The only negative was the bathroom door, it’s way to big for the space as it opens inward and is very close to the toilet, so getting the door open and out of the bathroom is a bit of an issue. The bathroom door also has a large glass panel, it’s frosted/blurred, but you can still see through it. For those sharing a room who are not married/relationship can be a bit of a surprise.

Staff at the front desk were fantastic, room was clean & comfortable. Oceanfront view was fantastic, but could smell cigarette/‘skunk’ odour coming into our room from the balcony above ours. Not the hotel’s fault though, obviously a guest issue.

Our stay at the lucie was great. We booked the oceanfront balcony king room, which unfortunately had a thin partitioner between our balcony and the one next to us, lacking thorough privacy.
