The staff from the front desk to the pool bar were friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and the beach was beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

The Staff was great and the property was well kept. The view from our room provided a beautiful sunrise each morning. Not a lot of bells and whistles but had subtle charm.

While at the bar ordering drinks and food the bartender started talking about how another customer was trying to "Jew" her down with the prices. I'm Jewish. So I would NEVER stay here again.

The appearance is nice, but NO control over the thermostat. Our choices were AC or heat without temperature control. I've been to lower budget hotels that offered climate control, but not here. That made our stay uncomfortable. Not really any shopping opportunities within walking distance. Staff were great.

We enjoyed our stay at The Lucie! It was so quiet and peaceful! Not a bunch of kids or teenagers running around drunk! Elevator was fast not a lot of waiting forever! The rooms are really nice and the balcony was very nice! The house keeping was on point! They were all so nice! We will be coming back!!

The property was very nice and clean. The beach access was great and the room looks just like the pictures. However, the staff were rude and spoke in a way that if you asked anything or weren’t paying fast enough, it was a hindrance to them. Or brining an issue to their attention that there’s 20 or so kids running around the hotel and riding the elevators so that you can’t get from floor to floor, we were told “I’m not a babysitter” kind of ruins the experience.

The foom was very nice overlooking the ocean. I could hear the waves crashing all night which was wonderful. The bar ourside was ok but could use some improvement. Nice folks work at this hotel!
