Located in the most beautiful plaza of Jerez de la Frontera, this palatial-house, dating from the XVIII Century, is catalogued as a national cultural heritage monument and enjoys all modern comforts and a private swimming-pool in the upper terrace.
This property is a one-of-a-kind and offers a rare combination of XXI Century comfort and old-world flavor:an internal elevator connecting all three floors, broad-band wifi throughout the property, sat led smart tvs in every room ( including netflix ), air-con, and great ample and unique spaces (the 1000 years-old wall that surrounds the city- and is part of the master-bedroom) and incredible views from the huge terrace on the top third floor.
Jerez de la Frontera is the cradle of the sherry wine, flamenco and famous Andalusian horse breed and retains many of the architectural features and atmosphere of the different civilizations that left their mark on it.

nous avons passé 4 jours inoubliables dans un magnifique palais. Nous reviendrons assurément, et pour un séjour plus long. tout le monde était ravis. L 'accueil était extra, les gens trÚs gentils. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. merci énormément , c'était formidable.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Palace House. Its location is wonderful right in the centre of Jerez. Everything is walkable. If you get the train you can walk from the station or there's taxi's there. We hired a car and parked in the underground carpark for around 8 per day which is only a few minutes away. The square its set in is beautiful and has some nice little tapas bars for drinks and nibbles. Although people were out late in the square we were never disturbed by the noise as the walls are thick and shutters keep out the sound. The palace is palatial and grand and incredibly spacious. Carmen the wonderful housekeeper came everyday so it felt more like hotel service. She discreetly keeps the whole place immaculate. We mainly used the top kitchen (there's two) for brunches and snacks as it had direct access to the terrace and small plunge pool. If I had one request it would be more sun beds on the roof. It is an extraordinary place, unlike anywhere we've ever had the opportunity to stay. It's clearly a much loved home and much thought has been given to the interior design and art work. Communication was also excellent, Alberto kindly answered our queries about the facilities and local area quickly and efficiently. Worth mentioning it's very easy to visit Cadiz and Seville by train for the day, if you fancy a change of scenery.It's very special, we would all highly recommend it and hope to return.

Fantastic property and wonderful owner. We had our family stay for our son's wedding and the house was a perfect respite. It's a true palace with massive space, tastefully modernized and centrally located. Just a wonderful experience all around. Carmen the housekeeper was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend Alberto and his beautiful palazzo.

You will not be disappointed here. The property is huge and Carmen is a delight. We really enjoyed our time at the property and even used it as a groom dressing location on our wedding day. We hope to return! We were very well looked after !

Impresionante casa en el centro de Jerez

La verdad es que nos quedamos todos soprendidos en cuanto entramos a la casa. Impresiona aĂșn mĂĄs que en las fotos. Habitaciones amplias, espectacular salĂłn, baños de sobra y una magnĂ­fica Ășltima planta con cocina y terraza para disfrutar. Beautiful Historic House On A Square

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto's place and were made to feel very welcome and at home. It worked perfectly for us, a family of 5 but could have easily accommodated 2 families - (or more!). Located in the historic centre steps away from a 5* and a 4* hotel and numerous bars, restaurants and shops. We parked at a secure underground car park a couple of minutes walk away. You can walk to quite a lot of things, we even did a trip to the Zoo but it is a great base to trip into Cadiz and the beach. Seville is a bit further - about an hour away but still easy for a day trip. The house is very well equipped and Carmen was excellent, to welcome us to the house and coming every morning, keeping the place spotless. Hopefully we will have opportunity to visit again sometime.

Fantastic property

This is a great property in a wonderful location. Facilities are fantastic and our whole group, 3 couples, were able to socialise on the kitchen/ lounge level. Carmen our maid was outstanding. Alberto was especially helpful when one of our party left some jewelry behind and it was located and posted to the USA without charge. It might seem a little expensive but it's worth every penny.....

Birthday weekend reunion in Jerez

Alberto has a beautiful home, beautifully decorated and a great location. Loved the historical /modern design combination. It truly felt like staying in a friend's home who had thoughtfully left you with everything you needed, and information to enjoy the area. Communication with Chari and Ana for arrival and departure was excellent, making for a strees-free weekend with old friends. We would definitely repeat!
