This place needs some updating. The pool was closed and on the day we were leaving there was no hot water. Kitchen closes early, it’s not lively either.

Reading some of the reviews i was a little worried about the parking, the rooms, the staff. I couldn't be any happier. The parking was great, they had a lot of parking in the back. The staff was very friendly, room clean. The gym was great i really enjoyed my stay.

Great location for an event at MetLife Stadium! It’s near the stadium and you don’t have to deal with the hectic New York City atmosphere. Parking is convenient hotel staff was very friendly. Would absolutely stay again if I attend an event at MetLife again.

Property was nice, free parking, staff was very lovely upon checkin, even though we were super early she allowed us to check in as there was a room available! Clean comfortable room, no complaints at all, water pressure was AMAZING. MetLife Stadium was really convenient. Just literally nothing much else going on around in the area.

No drinkable water no amenities

Front desk staff was so unfriendly and dispassionate that I never received a greeting the whole time. Body wash was out and never refilled. Asked for a small amount of dish soap and comb but was told they didn’t have any. I also asked for bottles waters that usually come with the stay as a complimentary service but they said all bottled water was an extra charge. They mentioned water fountain being available throughout the hotel but they were not maintained well and were either out of water or broken. The gym didn’t have drinkable water either. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because they were able to get me some toothpaste upon request.
