Beautiful and comfortable villa in the famous seaside resort of Jesolo, on the Adriatic coast of Veneto, just 4 km from the long sandy beach. It has a fantastic swimming pool ideal for warmer periods. In the garden of this villa we have a large porch that can accommodate guests' meals. Next to the porch there is a beautiful and well-equipped brick barbecue area, right in front of the pool, for the exclusive use of guests. Then we have the private tennis court, which is also used as a five-a-side football pitch.

In the garden area around the pool there are fine furnishings such as tables, chairs and sun loungers. There are also numerous cycle paths in the vicinity for both short and long trips, so that you can make enchanting excursions to the surrounding localities.

The large free car park for all guests' cars is located within the property, therefore enclosed and with maximum security.

It is also easy to visit characteristic locations in the Veneto region such as the Colline del Montello (Montello Hills), only 40 km away, which are famous and world-renowned for their wine production, with particular emphasis on Prosecco. In this area we can also enjoy excellent and well-prepared cuisine with many local specialities. Also worth visiting are the localities along the Piave River, rich in evidence of the First World War of 1915, which deeply marked these territories.
The villa's location is ideal for visits to Venice and its lagoon as you can reach the San Donà di Piave railway station where, with frequent daily trains, it takes only 40 minutes to get to the Venice S. Lucia railway station, arriving in the heart of the city. In front of the S. Lucia train station exit are the stops for all the vaporetto lines, so you can reach any destination.
Reaching Venice you will be spoilt for choice for its unparalleled and countless cultural, historical and scenic destinations.

There are many interesting sights in Venice besides the classic monuments such as St Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace, Rialto etc.. For instance, the Salute area in Dorsoduro is definitely worth a visit. The area is home to three important architectural complexes: the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, the Patriarchal Seminary and the Dogana da Mar complex, from which the area takes its name. Then there are other must-see tourist destinations within easy reach. The first is the beautiful and historic city of Treviso, just 35 km away. The charm of its centre lies in the numerous monuments and palaces from the 15th and 16th centuries that adorn its historic centre. Another tourist destination not to be missed 70 km away is Padua, an important city that is home to ancient institutions such as its University. It is worth mentioning that a world-famous monument is located here: the ‘Cappella degli Scrovegni’ frescoed by Giotto on commission between 1303 and 1305. One cannot miss the route along the Brenta Riviera, just 60 km away, leading from Venice to Padua. The Naviglio waterway played an important role as a communication route between the Venice lagoon and Padua.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This villa is arranged on two floors connected by a wide staircase. As soon as we enter the ground floor we find the spacious and beautiful kitchen suitable for all guests, complete with every appliance where breakfast and meals can be comfortably prepared for everyone. Next to the kitchen we also find the separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Then, also on the ground floor, is the spacious and comfortable living room with a large screen TV. There is a complete bathroom with shower cubicle, a room with a double bed and another separate room with a double sofa bed for two adults. Going up to the first floor there are two bedrooms with beds: one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, one with two single beds where it is possible to add a third single bed. Then there is another room with a single bed where it is possible to add another single bed, then we have another room with a double bed.

There is free unlimited Wi-Fi in the villa and it is equipped with heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for use in all seasons.
Pets are welcome as long as they stay only on the ground floor.
