Nice hotel but overcharged, poor communications from staff , had to pay express bill for laundry as was not in room, in every other hotel i have ever stayed , laundry is left in room by room service.

Busy hotel with lots of families

Check is a bit longer than expected Lobby is a bit chaos with kids running around throwing stuff which is irritating! Apparently common ? We were offered another room ready instead originally one was not ready, which was very nice.
