The staff is very friendly and even helped our party with a lost item! Lovely location and overall peaceful environment. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was worth it! Some rooms are larger than others and are very cozy for movie nights.

A localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente

Great location

This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Decepção

Planejei uma viagem especial com meu esposo, com meses de antecedência, escolhendo cuidadosamente o hotel e pagando por um quarto família, visando maior conforto. No entanto, ao chegar, fomos surpreendidos ao sermos colocados em um quarto muito inferior ao que havíamos reservado e pago. Quando questionei a situação na recepção, fui informada de que o hotel estava cheio e não havia como nos transferir para o quarto correto. Além disso, a postura da recepcionista foi decepcionante: demonstrou total descaso, tratando a situação como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor, e não reivindicando um direito legítimo. Foi uma experiência frustrante e abaixo do esperado, especialmente pelo investimento feito e pela confiança depositada no hotel. Não recomendo para ninguém e espero que situações como essa sirvam de alerta para outros viajantes.
