While the proximity to downtown means you can expect a bit more noise than a typical suburban home, we believe that the energy of the area is what makes this place special. We have a keen eye for what makes a new place feel like home, and we are excited to share that experience with you. With huge windows that flood the space with gorgeous light, especially in the afternoon, this loft is designed to be both bright and inviting. The second bedroom offers a cozy retreat for a dark and restful nap at any time of day.

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC offers free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment doesn't come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve, but our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, excluding cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
