This 1898 charmer is freshly renovated throughout and carefully appointed with modern conveniences while retaining it's turn-of-the-century character. All new furnishings, luxury bedding, towels and linens, new decor and kitchen accessories will ensure your comfortable stay. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home features a sunny, well-appointed kitchen, comfy living room, den with pull-out sofa and welcoming dining area. Top-notch guest service guaranteed!

Please note that this property is the main level of a house. There is an upstairs apartment with permanent tenants with a private entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs. There is parking for three cars for this home.

Lovely old house

We visited for a family wedding and it was nice to stay in one house. Beds were comfortable, furnishings and decorations were charming. Bathrooms are quite small, other than the main one, and electrical outlets need to be updated. Water tastes terrible, so a filter or pitcher in fridge would be recommended; we ended up buying a few gallons of water.

Beautiful, well maintained, older home. Great stay in a good location close to everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate and went out of her way to solve a parking situation we had. We’ll definitely be staying there again for our event next year.

Beds are Awful

The place was very cute and well decorated. Plenty of supplies, clean. The beds, however, were the worst beds we have ever slept on. Firm is one thing, these were outright hard. We were told the twin beds were fine, but the king we slept in and the queen our friends had were too hard to be able to sleep much.

Great stay!

There were a few minor things we did not like, but overall it was a great stay! The property was clean and very nice! The beds were not soft at all, so just keep that in mind. The bathrooms were all pretty small too. Plenty of space otherwise! Parts of the near by neighborhood are kind of shady but not bad. There is also lots of traffic at all hours, but it didn't keep us awake. We loved it, our toddler loved it, and we had a great time!

After leaving

The day we left was fine until a couple hours later I checked my email and the host was trying to charge me 500 for some damage to a table. We never used that table and didn’t damage it. Overall the place was very clean and very nice. I’d suggest if you stay here to make sure you record everything when you first get there.

Christmas 2024 in Johnson City

We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!

Family Thanksgiving

3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Charming house

Mattresses were wonderful. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would love to know more about the history of the house and this area of town. There was an upstairs tenant as mentioned but they did not bother us.
