This is the worse stay that i had with capri Jb since last year. The room is hot despite the air conditioning is adjusted to 20 and despite telling the front desk to check it out. I do think complacent has set in

Nice hotel with nice room. Really like the microwave in the room as well as plates and cutleries. Room is spacious and hotel is near CIQ and mall, but you need to jaywalk there unless you take the hotel shuttle bus. Overall nice place for a short getaway. Thank you!

The service is good. We got a free upgrade on the room. The room is spacious. It feels more like a condominium than a hotel. The only thing that you need to be aware is that the direction towards the hotel is the same direction towards Singapore(custom). We were caught in a traffic jam and the grab driver tried to maneuver out of the jam but it still took at least 30 mins to reach the hotel.

Fantastic stay at the Capri. Was satisfied with the facility and even had a room upgrade which we appreciated. Breakfast options were good too so highly recommend if you intend for a short staycation

Check in was great, no issue and they manage to put my two rooms side by side as requested. There was no issue with being slightly late on the check out. Everything was great too! Overall I would totally visit this hotel again. The price and everything was value for money. If I had to choose some cons to pick on. The only one I can think of is that if you’re a light sleeper, the near by construction noise in the morning might affect you alittle? Not too loud from my experience but I can hear alittle noise going on in the morning. My friend that booked this hotel said there was alittle jam around the hotel at a certain timing. I had no issue with this during my stay. I’ve stayed at amari, as compared the room won’t lose out. It’s as good as amari.

Property was decent, but can see some wear and tear in room furniture (e.g. table where wood has started chipping off). Location was near custom but hard to get to hotel by walking as there is no direct walkway that links the mall or custom to hotel, so either have to jaywalk or wait for shuttle bus from hotel / take a Grab. Great that there's is shuttle bus service that brings guests from hotel to / from nearby mall during regular hours.
