Bonjour, Westjet ne pouvait donner des cartes d'embarquements aux passagers voyageant à l'extérieur du Canada, donc j'ai du recéduler mon voyage et je ne pouvais arriver à Antigua avant le 26 janvier. J'ai manqué une nuit à Antigua JOlly beach hotel et je veux que cette journée du 25 janvier me soit rembourser. Merci de me contacter pour m'aviser de la marche à suivre.

Personnel attentionnĂ©. TrĂšs peu de choix au buffet, mais la nourriture est bonne. Gros manque au niveau des fruits, seulement 2 matins sur 7(pas mĂȘme une banane ou une pomme!) SĂ©jour agrĂ©able car loin d’ĂȘtre Ă  capacitĂ© maximale, donc tranquille, chaises et parasols Aucune animation.

This hotel by far was the worst we have ever stayed in. The staff were nasty and not helpful. The hotel itself was dirty, outdated, and an overall mess. If I could give zero stars I would have. Many people cut their vacation short because this resort was so disgusting. Many of the locals thought the hotel had closed years ago. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

This property was very rundown, outdated and dirty. I have stayed at many reports in the past. The rooms are typically outdated, but this “resort” was beyond disappointing. One couple had sever bedbug bites. They had to go to the hospital for treatment. They ended up moving to another hotel. The mosquitoes and sand fleas were crazy. We had to purchase bug repellent outside of the resort because they did not have any. We also were unable to eat at a couple of the restaurants because they were closed. I do understand this is the rainy season, but they were not prepared with staff or supplies to handle it. I was told that there were only 176 people at the resort during our stay. Money guest had to be moved to other rooms due to flooding in their room. One couple had to be moved from a garden room to an ocean view room because of flooding and the resort charge them an upgrade fee for the ocean view. Four other people that we met left four days early due to the conditions, the lack of staff and the manager’s inability to control the situation. It would have been helpful if signs were posted saying that certain restaurants were closed. The pool bar was only open one day when we were there because there was pooling water behind the bar. A suggestion would be to dry it up. There was garbage in the walkways the entire time we were there. It was the same garbage. No one had cleaned it up. Overall, this hotel/resort was a complete fail. Never stay here.

This hotel was horrible. It was very old and outdated. It looked like it seen better days back in the 90's and early 2000's. There was no nightly entertainment. The tv's barely had any channels and didn't come in clear. The glasses in the dining area were very old and cloudy looking. The pictures posted on the site were very decieving and the hotel wanted me to pay for an upgrade which wasnt much better.

Avoid at all costs. Jolly Beach Hotel is a disaster. The place looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 70s, everything is old, tatty, and literally falling apart. Rooms smell damp, paint is peeling, furniture is broken, and the whole place feels neglected. The so-called “all inclusive” is poor, with bland food and watered-down drinks. Staff seem tired of apologising for things not working. Honestly, it’s more depressing than relaxing – avoid at all costs unless you like staying in a crumbling ruin.

Very quiet resort! Great food and great staff!! 9/10 recommend. Some of the restaurants were a walk but nothing crazy. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected

The beach is absolutely beautiful. The food was good, the employees so friendly. Margaret was the best and so helpful. The rooms need some work but we don't come for the rooms. The island is beautiful. We will be back.
