We had a weekend stay at Comfort Suites as a family of 3. The service was good. The curtains and wall in our room weren't clean, but I overall we had a good stay. There was a free breakfast each morning.

The room was just okay for the money.

Check in was great but the moment we stepped into the room it smelled musty. When my wife pulled the curtains closed she noticed dirt or Mold growing there. We had a family member across the hall from us and they had the same musty smell. The room was quiet and mostly as expected. Breakfast was okay.

This hotel is convienitly located to all of the amenities Jonesboro has to offer. It has been my go to hotel for several years. Quality of service and staff professionalism is greatly appreciated.i have several trips to the area to make this year and will definitely stay there.

Over charges and mixup of rooms reserved

Had booked two rooms. The lady at desk said she only showed one. I showed her confirmation for 2. We got a second room but had to pay full price. My credit card shows charges for 3 rooms. When I called about issue they said they only show two rooms. I told them my credit card shows three. Was told to call back on Monday to talk to manager. I’m not at all happy with my stay. Probably will not stay at comfort suites again.
