Bra personal, som försöker men bedrövliga rum. Det första rummet vi fick var ostĂ€dat, sĂ„ vi fick ett annat större rum. Helt ok rum, men 14,4 grader pĂ„ rummet. Försökte höja med termometern , men inget hĂ€nde. Fick ett el-element av personalen och fick upp temperaturen till 15,1 grader pĂ„ en timme. FrĂ„gade personalen om det gick att göra nĂ„got mer. DĂ„ fick vi tvĂ„ element till
 och dĂ„ gick sĂ€kringen pĂ„ rummet och alla lampor slocknade. Personalen hittade sĂ€kringen och vi gick och la oss fullt pĂ„pĂ€lsade med klĂ€der, med tvĂ„ element igĂ„ng. Elementen hade ingen termostat, utan gick bara pĂ„ effekt. SĂ„ vid 5 vaknade familjen, dĂ„ det nu var 34 grader pĂ„ rummet och alla sov fullt pĂ„pĂ€lsade i samma rum. Pratade med morgonpersonalen om vĂ„r upplevelse och vi skulle bli kontaktade av ”chefen”. Men har fortfarande inte hört nĂ„got, trots att det gĂ„tt nĂ„gra veckor. Blir nog ett annat hotell nĂ€sta gĂ„ng vi Ă€r i Jönköping.
